LINA doesn't appear on Gmail or Outlook
Confirm you're on the web version of Gmail or Outlook (not a desktop mail app), check that you're using a supported Outlook URL, and reload the page after installing the extension.
- Confirm you're on the web version. not a desktop mail app like Apple Mail, Outlook for Mac/Windows, or Thunderbird
- Supported Outlook URLs include
outlook.office.com,outlook.live.com, and related Microsoft web mail domains - Try reloading the page after installing or updating the extension
