3. Anonymous Accounts and Session Identifiers
Certain Services may be available before a user creates a traditional registered account.
To provide free analyses, manage usage limits, support product functionality, and prevent abuse, UniquelyND may create anonymous accounts, temporary identifiers, or session identifiers.
These identifiers:
- Allow us to process requests
- Maintain continuity between analyses
- Retrieve user results
- Support free and premium service limits
- Improve reliability and security
Anonymous identifiers are not intended to directly identify an individual.
If a user later creates a registered account, anonymous activity may be associated with that account.

5. AI Processing
The Services use artificial intelligence and third-party AI providers to generate analyses, interpretations, recommendations, coaching suggestions, reports, assessments, and other outputs.
Information submitted to the Services may be transmitted to AI providers solely for the purpose of generating requested results.
UniquelyND does not permit third-party AI providers to use customer content for model training where such controls are available.
We select service providers and configurations specifically intended to prevent customer-submitted content from being used to train general-purpose AI models.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users remain responsible for evaluating all outputs before relying upon them.
6. Data Storage, Redaction, and Retention
UniquelyND is designed to minimize the storage of personal communications whenever reasonably possible.
Communication content submitted for analysis may be processed temporarily to generate results.
Where communication content is retained, it is stored in a redacted format designed to remove, obscure, or replace sensitive information and personally identifiable details.
Analysis results may be reconstructed using a combination of:
- Redacted stored content
- User account information
- Browser cache
- Session data
- Authorized local application data
As a result, UniquelyND may be able to reproduce analysis results without permanently storing the original communication in its entirety.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services
- Maintain user accounts
- Support product functionality
- Meet legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce our agreements
When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.
7. LINA Lens and Public Information Analysis
LINA Lens may analyze information that is:
- Publicly available on the internet
- Published on public websites
- Contained in public documents
- Included in public business profiles
- Supplied directly by the user
LINA Lens does not access:
- Private accounts
- Private communications
- Password-protected systems
- Restricted databases
- Non-public information
unless such information is intentionally provided by the user.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit information for analysis.
8. Account Information
Registered users may have access to information associated with their accounts, including:
- Analysis history
- Assessments
- Reports
- Subscription information
- Preferences
- Saved resources
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
9. Ownership of Data, Deliverables, and Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the information, content, documents, communications, files, and other materials they submit to the Services (“Customer Content”).
Subject to applicable law and this Privacy Policy, users grant UniquelyND the limited rights necessary to process, analyze, store, secure, and display Customer Content for the purpose of providing the Services.
Users retain ownership of:
- Their submitted content
- Their uploaded files
- Their communications
- Their account data
- Their organization-specific information
- Their custom configurations and settings
Where communication content is retained, UniquelyND may create redacted, anonymized, aggregated, transformed, or derived versions of that content for the purposes of improving, operating, securing, measuring, and developing the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, UniquelyND owns all rights, title, and interest in:
- Redacted and anonymized datasets
- Aggregated usage information
- Derived analytical data
- Product methodologies
- Frameworks
- Templates
- Prompt libraries
- Workflow architectures
- Operating system designs
- Taxonomies
- Assessment models
- Scoring systems
- Software
- Source code
- Product designs
- Documentation
- Trademarks
- Trade secrets
- Other intellectual property associated with the Services
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, use of the Services does not transfer ownership of UniquelyND’s intellectual property to any user or customer.
Customers may use reports, assessments, playbooks, operating systems, recommendations, and other deliverables generated for their own internal personal or business purposes, but ownership of the underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and platform technology remains with UniquelyND.
10. Research and Product Improvement
UniquelyND may use redacted, anonymized, aggregated, transformed, statistical, and derived information generated through operation of the Services for purposes including:
- Improving existing products and services
- Developing new products and services
- Improving assessment methodologies
- Enhancing communication analysis models
- Enhancing coaching frameworks
- Developing role and organizational frameworks
- Measuring product effectiveness
- Conducting internal research and analysis
- Improving system performance, reliability, and security
Such information will not intentionally include data that directly identifies an individual user, customer, employee, organization, or specific communication.
UniquelyND will not use customer-submitted content to train third-party general-purpose AI models.
All rights, title, and interest in research outputs, methodologies, aggregated findings, derived insights, and improvements resulting from such activities remain the exclusive property of UniquelyND.
11. Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Services, including providers for:
