For too long, people who process language and tone differently have been told the problem was them. Response Anxiety, masking, messages that never get sent. That is the human cost of communication that was never designed for every mind.
Founding partners contribute to the framework, run assessments inside their organizations, bring expertise that opens doors we cannot open alone, or back the work with capital. The work is still open enough to shape.
Founding partners get early access to LINA as it takes shape: the research instrument we are building on the model and framework. Either way, you shape the field. And you help make sure the next Erica does not have to hover.
