From your website to your next decision.

  1. Tell us which website to assess.

Enter your work email, check the website domain, and choose up to three discovered pages. Review and confirm each page’s type and intent before completing the one-time Stripe payment.

Home, About, and Careers appear first when found. After payment, an associate reviews your request in LINA and starts the assessment. No website login or installation is needed.

  2. LINA examines your pages using VOICE.

We look at Visibility, Orientation, Inclusion, Clarity, and Execution: can people find the information, understand what is expected, and follow the communication without unnecessary barriers?

Your report combines a VOICE Score with dimension results, examples of barriers, and the things your pages already do well.

  3. The Registry shows where you stand.

Your own score is one part of the picture. The LINA Registry adds results from other organizations assessed using the same framework, so you can compare with a relevant peer group.

Comparisons take account of factors such as sector, organization size, region, and communication type. They appear only when sufficient comparable data exists.

  4. Use your report to choose what to improve.

Receive your assessment report by email, with priority barriers, examples from your pages, and recommended changes. Use it to give your content, HR, or website team a clear place to start.

You decide which changes to make. If you want to measure the difference afterward, you can request a reassessment against your original baseline.

A finding your team can act on.

A score helps locate the problem. The report connects it to the words and structure on your pages, then explains what to change.

For a careers page, that might mean replacing an uncertain application step with clear instructions. The same approach helps identify barriers across your selected pages.

What the page says
“Send us your details and we’ll be in touch.”
VOICE finding: Orientation
The applicant has to guess which details to send and what happens after they apply.
Recommended change
Name the documents required, show where to submit them, and explain the next stage. Include a response timeframe only if your team can commit to it.

Useful feedback is only part of the picture.

GPT or Claude can suggest better wording. Reviewing one website alone does not establish how it compares with other organizations using a common method.

VOICE supplies that method. The Registry supplies the comparison data. Together, they help you understand how others communicate, where your own pages are stronger or weaker, and where to focus your effort.

If there is not enough relevant peer data, your report still includes your VOICE results and recommendations. A benchmark is included only when the data supports it.

How the Registry adds context

Know what you’re ordering.

A focused website assessment
The scope is selected public pages. It does not include access to internal systems or a review of every page on your site.
Recommendations your team can use
The assessment provides findings and recommended improvements. Editing and publishing changes to your website remain with your team.
A baseline for future comparison
This is a one-time assessment, not an ongoing monitoring subscription. Contact us about a reassessment after making changes.

VOICE describes characteristics of the communication; it does not certify accessibility compliance or predict an individual reader’s response. The framework is undergoing independent validation.
